쉬워보이지만, 은근 하려고 하면 귀찮기도 하고, 딱딱하게 되는 경우가 많더라구요.
그래서 이번에 쉽고 맛있으면서 촉촉한 진미채볶음 여러분께 소개하겠습니다.

1. 진미채를 만들기전에 수분 날라가라고 저는 사전에 볶아준답니다.
2. 프라이팬에 아보카도오일 1국자를 두른 후, 다진마늘 1큰술을 넣어
노릇하게 살짝 볶아줍니다.
3. 맛술2큰술과 올리고당2큰술을 넣어 보글보글 끓어오르면
4. 고추장 1큰술, 간장 1큰술, 사탕수수설탕 1큰술을 넣어 잘 풀어 줍니다.
5. 잘 풀어 준 이후에, 수분날린 진미채를 넣어 같이 볶아줍니다.
6. 진미채에 골고루 풀어주면서 약불에 볶아 줍니다.
7. 양념을 골고루 입혀 준 후에, 참깨를 뿌려줍니다.

It looks easy, but it's annoying and hard when I try to do it.
So this time, I will introduce easy, delicious, and moist stir-fried Jinmichae (Sweet&little spicy shredded squid!) to you.

1. I stir-fry it in advance to blow away moisture before making Jinmichae (Sweet&little spicy shredded squid!).
2. Put 1 scoop of avocado oil in a frying pan, and add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Stir-fry it slightly brown.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharides and boil it.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugarcane sugar and dissolve it well.
5. After loosening well, add moist delicacies and stir-fry them together.
6. Stir-fry it over low heat while evenly loosening it in delicacies.
7. After coating the seasoning evenly, sprinkle sesame seeds.
