This is your 25-minute Bodyweight EMOM workout! This workout uses only bodyweight to work your entire body for strength and cardio in the EMOM format. EMOM stands for "every minute on the minute." In this workout we will have four circuits, each with three moves, and they will be four minutes long. As always i'll give you lots of different options so listen to your body and work to your level. Are you ready? Let's do it!
