In this video, I suggest a complete warm up routine for your badminton session. Starting with some basic warm up, loosening up, including some mobility exercises and dynamic stretching and ending with activation to be ready for your court time.

This Routine should take around 25 minutes, each part can be extended, of course. Let me know in the comments which part you want to extend, so I can add a collection with specific exercises!
