300克 橘色番薯
300克 紫色番薯
300克 黃色番薯

420克木薯粉
60克粘米粉
225克糖
600毫升椰奶
300克清水

相同用料準備3份,把紫色番薯以及粉漿用料一併倒入料理機裡一混合攪拌至幼滑,用上10寸糕盤並在盤裡抹上油鋪上蛋糕紙將已攪拌均勻的粉漿倒入糕盤裡,放入預先燒開的鍋裡蒸上15分鐘, 第二層是黃色層以同樣之前的方法取出黃色番薯以及粉漿用料倒入料理機裡一同混合攪拌至幼滑,把黃色的粉漿倒入紫色層上面並蒸上15分鐘,第三層是橙色番薯以同樣之前的方法取出橙色番薯以及粉漿用料倒入料理機裡一同混合攪拌至幼滑,把橙色的粉漿倒入黃色層上面並蒸上20分鐘後取出冷後切件,就可享用,謝謝
