Differences from Vanilla 4:

Renken Senpuga and Renken Ensenshu are removed in 4 EVO
Jouho Chushou is replaced with Ensei Soushouheki in 4 EVO
Adds Ensei Raigekiken
Adds Soukasui~Bokutai
Adds Souka Senpukyaku~Cancel
Adds Koushu Kasui Senpukyaku~Cancel
Adds Koushu Kasui~Bokutai
Adds Ensei Katanheki
Adds Ensei Tenshinshou
Adds Ensei Katai(down + K)/~Turn (this one is weird because there are two moves in Evolution with the same name. There's the one performed by inputting down + K and the other version by inputting up/down P+K which is a completely different move. The down + K version is what I'm referencing here.)

Adds Senkyaku Chuken
Senpuga is replaced with Ensei Senpukyaku in 4EVO (probably to make it less like a Lau move)
