Recipe:
boil 2 medium size potatoes in pressure cooker upto 3 whistles
Peel and cut into round pieces and smash the pieces with the help of glass or katori
Apply some oil on the sweet potatoes
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on these smashed potatoes
Roast the smashed sweet potatoes on both the sides on the tawa on slow to medium flames - till you get golden color and it becomes crispy
Now take 1 cup of curd
Add chopped tomatoes 🍅, cucumber 🥒, onion 🧅, green chillies, coriander 🌿 & pomegranate
Add some salt 🧂, roasted cumin seeds powder and fresh lemon juice
Mix everything
For serving in a plate, take mix curd. On the top, add crispy smashed sweet potatoes
Sprinkle some pomegranate, coriander seeds and toasted white sesame seeds
Mix everything well and enjoy this delicious healthy salad
