WORLD'S HARDEST TRIATHLON | LOUGHBOROUGH UNI SPORT PHYSIOLOGY TESTING

Описание к видео WORLD'S HARDEST TRIATHLON | LOUGHBOROUGH UNI SPORT PHYSIOLOGY TESTING

Follow my Instagram @arch2arcjourney for updates on my ultra-triathlon training before I attempt the Enduroman Arch to Arc challenge in September 2024 - a 300 mile run, swim and bike in just 3 days.

Hope you enjoy this video and a big thank you to Steve Harris and Alex Fraser, Performance Physiologists, at Loughborough University Sports Services for taking me through sub-maximal and VO2max testing. I now have the data to help me with my fuelling and pacing strategies as I attempt to run 87 miles from London Marble Arch to Dover, swim 21 miles of the English Channel, and cycle 181 miles from Calais to Paris Arc de Triumph.

Please let me know what you think in the comments below, and any questions!
