Ingredients:
About 2 cups of vegetable oil
2-3 tablespoons ghee
1 lb potatoes
Pinch of yellow food colour or saffron
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Large onion roughly chopped
1 piece ginger
4-5 cloves garlic
6 medium size onions finely sliced
1 whole chicken skin off cut into pieces
4 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tablespoons chopped mint
3-5 green chilies
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
4 tablespoons Kalia masala
About 1 cup of the leftover oil and ghee
3 cups all purpose flour
