Marsala wine 15g

Tiramisu Cream Cheese Frosting
Butter 35g
Powdered sugar 10g
Cream cheese 70g
Coffee syrup 8g

190°C (374°F) 12 minutes

[How to Make]
1. Mix the egg whites, salt, sugar, and coffee powder until well combined.
2. Sift the almond flour, cake flour, and baking powder, then mix them into the bowl until well combined.
3. Make browned butter by boiling the butter until it gives off a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and cool it in a water bath.
4. Once the butter has cooled to about 70°C (158°F), mix it into the batter. Then, fill a piping bag with the mixture.
5. Brush softened butter onto the mold, then pipe the batter into it. Bake in the oven.
6. Once baked, remove from the mold and let it cool. Brush the top with coffee syrup.
7. To make the Tiramisu Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat unsalted butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in the cream cheese until smooth, then add the coffee syrup and mix well. Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe it onto the financiers. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Done!
