Hello everyone! Most of the videos that I made are base on my childhood memories. And also the taste is also base on the memories that I have as I was growing up. Some of the dishes are also from what my parents have made when I was younger. I want to share what I know to a lot of people in the world. Thank you all so much for watching my videos and support my channel.

Here are the ingredients on how to make the Cambodian Style Banh Xeo - បាញ់ឆេវ

Part 1 - first thing to do is to mix the batter
- 1 package of rice flour - ( 450g )
- 900ML of water
- 200 ML of can coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp of salt - ( 2g )

Note: In a can of coconut milk has 400ML, I only used half of it but if you like more coconut taste you can add the whole can. Just reduce the water by 100ML if you’re going to put the whole can.

You can cover and let it sit for at least 1 hour. if you were to mix the batter first and make Banh Xeo right away, it will not turn out that nice. the flour needed to soak and get soft. The water and the flour will not mix properly if cook right away.

Part 2 - Clean up all the vegetables
- 1 head of green leaf
- Mints - any kind you like and as much as you like.
- 1 or 2 cucumbers, if you like more you can put more
- 1 to 2 lbs bean sprouts ( it is up to you )
- 1 large Carrot - it is optional

Note: you can have as many vegetables as you like.
For the bean sprouts, you want to clean it first so the water can drain and the bean sprouts don't have as much water.

Part 3: Making the sweet and sour fish sauce
- 2 cups of more than warm water ( 500ML ) ( boiled and let it sit for 15mins )
- 1 cup of sugar ( 200g )
- 1 tbsp of salt (17 g)
- 1/3 cup of fish sauce ( 85 ML )
- 1/4 cup white vinegar ( 65ML )
- 1/4 cup fresh limes juice ( 60 ML )
- Some garlic, red chilies, and shallots ( sliced )

Part 4 - ground pork filings
- 1 lb lean or regular ground pork ( 450g )
- Half large onion or a whole one
- Shrimps, diced ( 200g )
- Shrimps, whole ( 200g )
- 6 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of salt ( 4g )
- 1 tsp of sugar ( 4g )
- 1/2 tsp of fish sauce ( 3ML )

Note: it is a lot of ingredients. it is best if you can watch the full video so you have a good idea on what to do.
