As part of the upgrades to my electric car conversion, I want to add a second battery pack. That means adding more switches (contactors) to ensure that the high voltage cables are never live when the car is off. Plus I want to be able to connect up my new heater and the charger, and keep it all neat and tidy. So in this episode I'm redesigning my original high voltage junction box.

I'm really pleased with the result: nice and neat and it allows me to re-use the OEM connectors from my BMW hybrid battery pack.
