Mango Pound Cake:

Ingredients

Butter 125gm
Sugar 125gm
Flour 125gm
Eggs 3
Pistachios 15gm
Mango puree 30gm
Mango chunks 50gm
Baking powder 3gm
Baking soda 3gm
Color 2drops

Method
Mix butter and sugar well , then add eggs one by one , now add flour , mango puree, mango cubes , then add vanilla essence and pistachios now add this batter in 7 inch mould bake on 170 degree and serve.


Mango ice cream:

Ingredients

Milk 1litre
Sugar 150gm
Mango purees 300gm
Whipped cream 300gm
Mango essence 2-3 drops
Color as required

Method
Cook milk and sugar till it left half , then cool it and add color in puree , then add cream , essence , lastly keep it in refrigerator and serve chilled .





Mix Nuts Cake:

Ingredients

Butter 100gm
Sugar 80gm
Eggs 2
Flour 100gm
Baking powder 3gm
Vanilla essence 2drops
Walnut chopped 100gm
Raisin 100gm
Cream 200gm

Method
Mix butter and sugar now add eggs one by one , then add vanilla essence and baking powder mix well with hands and pour in 7 inch mould and bake on 170 degree for 25 min , now grind walnuts and raisin mix well and decorate on cake and serve .
