Hello everyone

Today Master Yan Xin shares with us How to do Front push kick,正蹬腿 Zheng Deng Dui. This kick is mostly used to stop opponent from coming forward, used a lot as a test/strategu movement so often combined with other movements.

Front push kick quite easy to learn because its more a natural response movement from the body, but if you want good control and able to use it well then you do need a lot practice.

The key point to notice:

1. body facing front.
2. leg up to Chester.
3. When preparing to kick your body should be closed, i.e. hunched inward .
4. when you start to kick then open your body.
5. Remember to regain balance and control after executing the kick.
