Challenge your endurance and stamina with this one-hour long intermediate/advanced vinyasa flow. This class features poses like pistol squats, birds of paradise, and dancer. Not only will we build up to these challenging poses, we will move through some new/unique transitions to form new movement patterns. Personally, I love practicing for at least an hour to get an adequate warm up, build a well-balanced flow, and cool down properly. You will leave this class feeling strong, accomplished, and bendy!
