This is a 45 minute vinyasa class. Part 7 of the full body series of flows designed to strengthen. lengthen and tone your whole body.

In this class we explore creating inner spaciousness. One of the key benefits our practice offers is that it brings space. Space between our thoughts, our breath &, in our joints for more easeful movement. This class focuses on creating and embodying this feeling.

Physically opening the side body, mobilising the spine and hips. It's a mellow & meditative whole body flow that invites you to listen and respond to your own body's feedback. 35 minutes of movement and then complete practice with 4,7,8 breathing and shavasana

For practice, you may wish to have a yoga block - though, it's not essential.
