Welcome to the intermediate series of classes. These practices are a little more challenging for your strength, flexibility and balance.

This is a 60 minute vinyasa flow. Part 11. A slow & steady heat building flow offering modifications and rest stops along the way. A complete practice including warrior flow, back strengtheners, balances, twists, an optional inversion and a quiet and calming cool down with a longer shavasana.


For practice, you may wish to have a block and a blanket for a modified inversion if that's your preference.
