We have 10 moves using arm and leg combinations to keep the heart rate up and get you into that High Intensity Training Zone. With 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds to rest we are performing 3 rounds, take breaks when needed. If you want to level up add 1–3 pound weights (this is optional).
