In this tutorial you will learn step for step how to achieve a perfect bent leg tuck mount.
Often you get a quicker result, to do a easier exercise than your absolut max, but do three times 7-10 repetitions, then take your hardest one and only manage one repetition.
If you do the counting you will see that the training effect on the first way to train is much higher, then struggling to do only one repetition.
So training wise, find the exercise, you manage just about to do 7-10 repetitions and repeat it three sets.
Once that one gets easier, go one step harder and progress until you reached your perfekt straddle. Beside the step for step aerial exercises I added some floor conditioning and a great stretching exercise for achieving the tuck mount easier.
