Recipe ingredients:
Making Dough:
All purpose flour : 1 cup
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Thymol seeds : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Pour water little by little and make smooth dough
Grease it with oil
Cover it and rest it for 15 minutes
Making Stuffing:
Boiled mashed potato : 1 large size
Carrot and coriander chopped
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala : 1 tsp
Corn flour : 3 tbsp
Assembling:
Dust flour on counter
Making Twisted shape
Frying:
Heat up oil on medium flame
Fry until color changes to golden brown
