The R3 T20 Problem

The R3 T20 is one of the many unbalanced vehicles in War Thunder's combat arena. This armored car from the late Cold War era has a stabilized 20mm with high fire rate and high muzzle velocity, making it lethal to both tanks and aircraft. It also happens to fight interwar / early WWII vehicles. A lot of people have called for the R3 to be nerfed or uptiered, so why hasn't Gaijin done anything about it yet?
