Women in Construction - Natalie Arad, National Bid Manager at ADCO Constructions

Coming from her work experience as a Communication Consultant, Natalie is attracted to the construction industry due to its teamwork and collaborative environment. In her role, she orchestrates the work of various technical authors (people who contribute to prepare a bid) to achieve milestones and deliver a competitive bid to the client. She believes that construction provides many opportunities for women to forge their own path.
