i cooked this tasty Okro soup with NO OiL - quick, tasty, and easy to prepare oil-less okro soup

INGREDIENTS:

100 g okro chopped
100 g okro blended with 2 hand full fresh spinach (1 hand full of frozen) and 1 cup water
4- 6 hands full fresh spinach (2 hands full of frozen)
1 extra cup water give or take (to derive preferred consistency)
1 large onion (chop 1/3 for seasoning seafood, and cut rest into thick slices for garnish, and texture)
1 cup deveined shrimps without shells, 1 handful clams without shells - optional, fish of your preference, about 4 pieces of 1 & 1/2” steak cuts
Habanero chili minced (adjust amount to preference)
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tsp vegetable bouillon
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp crushed white pepper
1 tbsp crushed/powdered fish
1 chopped tomato
