2 lbs shrimp “deveined”
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 flour
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 celery stems
2 cloves garlic
3 stems Green onion
1 can Diced tomatoes
4-5 cups Chicken stock or shrimp stock
Cajun seasoning “Louisiana preferable
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne
Mixed herbs
White rice
