The Angler Hat

The Angler is a casual sporting hat, which suits most people and features a 76mm slightly curled, raw edge brim. The Angler is fully lined in satin and has eyelets for ventilation. The supple inner leather sweatband is embossed in gold with the iconic Akubra name.


As with all Akubra hats, the Angler is hand-crafted in Australia and takes six weeks to make, using traditional, old-school processes which have changed little in 140 years. Made from 100% rabbit felt fur, all Akubra hats are water resistant and offer the ultimate in sun protection.


Designed to be worn at any time of year, the Angler’s embossed leather hat band features a real shark’s tooth!
