Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thickly (about 1/2 inch)
500g (1 lb) minced beef
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 beef bouillon cube crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
200g (7 oz) mozzarella, shredded
100g (3.5 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 190°C (380°F)
Air Fryer 180°C (360°F)
Bake 20 - 25 mins until golden
