BV is a popular skill in PoE 3.19 Lake of Kalandra and in today's video, we'll be crafting an endgame BV chest of community member DK's BV Occultist! Although crafting was hit in PoE 3.19 and has potential pitfalls that make the potential for failure more impactful, there are still many options to craft in PoE.
