4杯 高筋麵粉 (或中筋麵粉)
2小匙 糖
1小匙 鹽
3.5小匙 速發酵母 (或4.5小匙乾性酵母)
1/2杯 白脫牛奶 (或原味優格加水)
1.5~2杯 40C/90F 溫水
1/4杯 香蒜奶油

4瓣 蒜
1/2杯 奶油
1/4小匙 鹽

[Dough]
4 cups of bread flour (or all purpose)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3.5 tsp instant yeast (or 4.5 traditional dry yeast)
1/2 cup of butter milk (or plain yogurt plus water)
1.5-2 cups of 40C/90F warm water
1/4 cup of the Garlic butter

4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 tsp of salt
