Ube Cheesecake Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/3 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup White sugar
1/2 cup Canola oil
2 Large eggs
2 Tbsp Ube flavoring, I used bakersfield
1 cup Evaporated milk
You can add 1/4 cup Ube halaya
Cheesecake
250 grams Cream cheese ,room temperature
1/4 cup White sugar
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 °F for 17 to 20 minutes.

Yield: 13 Muffins
