Herniated Disc + Piriformis Pain While Walking? Try This!

If you notice that standing or walking increases the pain you feel in your back, butt or leg- causing you to want to sit down or lay down to ease them... then this video is for you. In this video, I share 3 or 4 strategies that my clients find helpful if they have pain that intensifies (gets worse) as they are on their feet. This can be caused by things like a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, Piriformis Syndrome, or other issues in the back/butt that may also irritate the sciatic nerve.
