INGREDIENTS FOR STEWED MEAT
1 1/2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 3/4 to 3 lbs pork meat
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
burrito-sized flour tortillas
10 oz Oaxaca cheese
Mexican sour cream
*SALSA*
8 medium to large tomatillos
1 large jalapeno
1 small onion
4 to 6 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp dried Mexican oregano
14.5 oz can of chicken broth
(3) 4 oz cans of chopped green chiles
salt to taste
