Nothing has helped my Vestibular Migraine recovery as much as these Vestibular Therapy exercises for vertigo and dizziness!! In this video, I explain how to do the vertigo exercises I found most helpful from when I did vestibular therapy for my migraine-associated vertigo, or MAV.

Vestibular Migraine is characterized by repeated dizziness (or vertigo) in people who have a history of migraine symptoms. Migraine-associated dizziness can be nauseating and disabling, sometimes leaving the patient bedridden. Although it is triggering to get through a vestibular therapy program, it can be a great option to re-habilitate. If you suffer from Vestibular Migraine, vertigo, or dizziness, vestibular therapy might help you lessen the severity!
