Here is a combined HIIT & Strength Workout to get us back into the swing of things since the holiday! It was a little rough since the turkey, but so much FUN to get back at it, especially with a quick effective workout! Grab your dumbbells, mat, & motivating music for this one! Your Warm Up & Cool Down are included along with modifications! This workout is as follows:

Warm Up (30 sec, 1x, 4 Mins)

1.      Side Bends

2.      Hip Openers

3.      Up & Over Steps

4.      Bow Pulls

5.      Toe Touch Kicks

6.      Runner (L/R)

7.      Butt Kicker

8.      Jumping Jack

HIIT CIRCUIT (20 ON/10 OFF, 3x, 12 Mins)

1.      High Knee + Squat Drop

2.      Commandos

3.      Lateral Jumps

4.      Frogger + Oblique Rock

5.      Cardio Lunger (Alt)

6.      Cross Crunch Flutter Kicks

7.      Squat + Front Kick (Alt)

8.      Reverse Plank March

WATER BREAK

STRENGTH CIRCUIT (10 Reps, 2x)

1.      Sumo Squat

2.      Dead Lift Pulse

3.      Burpee

4.      Hammer Curl

5.      BO Wide Row (L)

6.      Jump Squats

7.      BO Wide Row (R)

8.      Dumbbell Swing

Cool Down (30 sec, 1x, 4 Mins)

1.      Arm Pull + Hip Flexor (L)

2.      Arm Pull + Hip Flexor (R)

3.      Torso Rotation

4.      Deep Side Reach (L)

5.      Deep Side Reach (R)

6.      Wide Toe Touch + Shoulder Stretch

7.      Mod. Pigeon (L)

8.      Mod. Pigeon (R)
