1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. Salt
150 ml. Water
100 ml. All purpose cream or milk
50 grams powdered milk
1 large egg
35 grams butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Emulco

Glaze
2 cups confectioner sugar
7 tbsp. Milk
Emulco flavor of your choice

Custard/bavarian filling
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1-2 tbsp. Butter
Vanilla extract
For flavor add emulco flavors of your choice
