We are breaking down the Karate Blitz in this weeks video!

Traditional point-style karate can be adjusted and modified to be effective in full-contact fighting sports such as MMA and kickboxing. We have seen that over and over with fighters like Wonderboy Thompson, Lyoto Machida etc.

So I'm breaking down karate footwork for MMA to give you the competative edge over your opponent. Being able to move in and Blitz your opponent from a longer distance is going to be a useful tool for you. Just make sure to keep your hands up as you move in!
