These lifts are situated in an office tower in a city in Ruhr area in Germany. They were installed in 2005 when the tower was built.
The group consists of 3 lifts, 2 of which are smaller passenger only lifts and a third, bigger one, which is the fireman's lift. It can also be used as freight lift and will serve regular calls if the other 2 lifts are busy. The 3rd lift is the only one to serve the lower floors below ground.
All lifts feature an interesting method to enter calls for people in wheelchairs: Up and down buttons are located at the base of the car panel and when held pressed let the user select a floor without having to reach up to the higher buttons.

The lifts run on Thyssens TCM MC1 controllers. The smaller lifts have asynchronous DAF 290 machines while the bigger lift has a synchronous SC 300 machine. The fireman's lift is in a separate lift shaft and has a separate motor room due to fire regulations.

Many thanks go to my friends from NRW for making this video possible!
