Offensive Defense - Collective Handballtraining - Till Wiechers | Handball inspires Rostock [1/3]

The offensive 6-0 #defense, with attacks from half-defense players far from the ball on the center back has increased in recent years. Till Wiechers, Coach of the HC EMPOR Rostock, has focused his #handballtraining on exactly this defense and in this video you will get to know the first of 3 building blocks with which he pushes off-ball defensive actions on half and outside.

Das offensive 6:0 Abwehrspiel, mit Attacken von ballfernen Halbverteidigern auf den Rückraum Mitte hat in den letzten Jahren vermehrt zu genommen.
Auf meiner Handballweltreise konnte ich beim Training des HC Empor Rostock über die Schulter von Trainer Till Wiechers schauen.
Till hat seinen Trainingsschwerpunkt auf genau diese Abwehr ausgelegt und wir werden in diesem Video den ersten von 3 Bausteinen kennenlernen, mit denen er ballferne Abwehraktionen auf Halb und Aussen forciert.
