In this series of tutorials, my student is working on the elbow roll on aerial hoop/Lyra. Step for step, Gabriela is learning how to do them.
Painful as they are in the beginning, even with double layers, we can only try a few at the time.
The teaching has to go step for step, so she can focus on details.
