Iss video me Dr. Praveen Tripathi ne cognitive errors/distortions ke baare me bataya hai, jo ki CBT ka important part hai. Cognition ka matlab hai soch ya vichaar, CBT ka main aim Depression me aani wali negative soch ka ilaaj karna hai. Cognitive errors ka matlab hai soch me honi wali galtiyan. Kai logo me kuch common galtiya paai jaati hain, jo life me problems creat karti hain. To agar hum in galtiyo ko oehchaan lein to kaafi saari problems se bach sakte hain. Kuch common cognitive errors ke baare me iss video me jaankaari di gai hai.
Catastrophising - jiska matlab hai kisi choti si cheez ya pareshaani ko bahut bada bana dena.
All or none - jiska matlab hai ya to poora ya kuch bhi nahi. Logo ko lagta hai ki sabkuch perfect hona chahiye nahi to vo bilkul bekaar hai.
Selective abstraction - kisi ek cheez ko select kar lena aur ussi ke basis par apna vichaar bana lena.
Personalisation- aisi cheezo ke liye khud ko zimmedar maan na ya blame karna jo khud ke control me he naa ho.
Should statements - cheeze kisi particular tareeke se he honi chahiye ya humesha perfect tareeke se he sab hona chahiye.
Aise cognitive errors ko samajhne se aur unhe badakne se Anxiety/ Depression ke symtoms me relief milta hai.
