Iss video me Dr. Praveen Tripathi ne Depression ke treatment me use hone waali Cognitive behavioral therapy ke baare me discuss kia hai. Depression me aane waale automatic negative thoughts humare emotions, behavior aur physiological symptoms par asar daalta hai.
In negative thoughts ko kaise pehchana jaaye, samjha jaaye aur inka saamna kaise kiya jaaye, ye hum iss video se seekh sakte hain. Ye samajhna zaruri hai ki mann me aane waala har khayaal ya vichaar sach nahi hota. Aam taur par negative thoughts ko identify karna mushkil hota hai, lekin hum apne emotions aur feelings ko better identify kar sakte hain. Isliye zaruri hai ki pehle hum apne negative emotions ko samjhe aur phir apne sad/low mood ke peeche ka thought identify karne ki koshish karein. Iske liye hum ek technique ka use kar sakte hain jise journaling kaha jaata hai, jisme hum ek diary me apne mood aur thoughts ko pehchaan kar likh sakte hain. Negtive thoughts ko pehchaan kar usse evaluate karna zaruri hai. Evaluate karne ke liye kuch questions video me bataye gaye hain. Jab hum apne negative thoughts ko thik se evaluate karna seekh lete hain tab hum apne negative thoughts ko realistically manage kar sakte hain.
