Welcome back to Mike's Yoga Channel and welcome to this CALMING Yin Yoga For When You're Feeling Stressed. If you're feeling stressed or anxious, I encourage to watch this video to help you relax and bring you back to the present! This is a 30 minute yin yoga sequence that is great for beginners and yogis of all levels. In this yin yoga class, we will be keeping our poses very low to the ground and holding each pose for around 2 minutes each. Yin yoga is very calming by nature and has many benefits that I for one can never get enough of.
