Alaska Road Trip - Day 6: Natural Bridge, Emerald Lake, and Wapta Falls, Yoho National Park

On day 6 of our Alaska road trip, we head into Yoho National Park in British Columbia, Canada, and visit the Natural Bridge, Emerald Lake, and Wapta Falls.

On the way to Natural Bridge, we come across the "Spiral Tunnel" and learn why it was built.

At Emerald Lake, Daniel performs one of his Karate katas on a bridge over a stream that flows from the lake.

We get a little lost trying to find the Wapta Falls trailhead and end up at the Wapta Falls Recreation Site just outside of Yoho National Park instead. A pleasant surprise!

After airing the tires down to make for a smoother ride out of the Wapta Falls Recreation Site area, we spot a black bear!

Everyone is worn out after the Wapta Falls hike, so we opt to stop for dinner in Field British Columbia on our way back to camp.
