Batata tomato rassa bhaji for puri❤️

It’s super simple to make and tastes so good😍
You can also have it with rice or rotis!

Ingredients I used:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
2 green chillies, roughly chopped (customize as preferred)
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped (more ginger than garlic)
pinch of hing/asafetida
1 onion, finely chopped
2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 to 1 tsp red chilli powder
3 large or 4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
pinch of garam masala
water as required
2 to 4 tbsp coriander leaves

Procedure:
Heat some oil in a pressure cooker.
Give tadka with jeera, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Add onions and fry for a few mins till they change colour.
Add tomatoes and let them cook completely.
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and hing and mix well.
Add the potatoes, garam masala and water. Let it cook till the cooker releases 2-3 whistles.
Once the pressure has released naturally, open the cooker and add coriander leaves.
Mash few potatoes with a ladle to thicken the gravy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
