e-Tender Preparation is the most important task of a Tenderer or Contractor in e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) System. e-Tender Documents must be accurate and all necessary documents must be uploaded/mapped correctly to avoid rejection of Tender. Tender Preparation means the representation of necessary documents to the Procuring Entity in the defined format of e-GP system. Basic Tenderer Information form i.e NID, Authorization letter, TIN, VAT etc must be uploaded correctly. Otherwise Tenderer or Contractor will be non-responsive for the Tender. List of Completed works as well as on going works must be uploaded accurately along with the mapping of the related certificates in e-GP system. Financial qualification of the Tenderer or Contractor i.e Liquid Asset, Similar Nature of works, Tender Capacity, Average annual Construction Turn Over must be uploaded successfully.
