It is great opportunity in Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system that Tender or Contractor can see or download the tender document. Then they examined whatever they can fulfill the criteria wanted in that Tender i.e General Experience, Liquid Asset, Similar nature of works, Annual Average Construction Turn Over, Tender Capacity, Man power eligibility, Equipment Eligibility etc. After this investigation, if the Tenderer or Contractor decide that they fulfill this criteria then they will go to e-GP registered Bank and Buy the desired Tender Document.
