Today's leg workout isn't going to have much rest so let's get ready to work with strength and toning movements! We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds all day. I am using 8lb and 10lb dumbbells today but as always, pick weights that work for you! This was a tough one but I know we can get through it together! We will start with more strength movements and finish with a cardio circuit. I will also add a few cardio moves in the earlier part of the workout in our circuits to break it up a little bit!
