Our workout today groups 3 upper body exercises focusing on the same muscle group together in a circuit and we will rock each circuit for 2 rounds of 40 seconds and we also group 2 cardio exercises together to work for 40 seconds each as well! Our focus today is upper body strength and getting your heart rate up with cardio! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let's do this!
