Ingredients:

350g or about 4 Squids
100ml or about 4 tbsps Dried Chilli Paste*
50g or 1 medium Onion
10g or 1 tsp Ginger, grated
10g or 1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 Lemongrass, bruised
4-5 Kaffir Lime Leaves (optional)
1/2 Cup Water
1 tsp Salt, or to taste
1 tsp Sugar, or to taste (optional)

*use 2 tbsps for a low to medium spice.
