Ingredients:
1.Par boiled rice (Idli rice) – 3 cups
2. Fenugreek seeds – 3 tsp
3. Salt - to taste
Method:
1.Soak fenugreek seeds seprately over night with enough water.
2. soak rice in enough water for 2 to 3 hours.
3. grind fenugreek by adding water little by little upto 2 ½ cups to a frothy paste.
4. Take out in a vessel. Grind rice seprately to a fine rawa consistency.
5.Mix both together with enough salt using finger tips.
6. Allow to ferment until next days.
7. Prepare idli’s in a usual way.
