The sister duo, Taniya Biswas and Sujata Biswas are founders of the entrepreneurial venture Suta Sarees. In this talk, they have spoken about the ways in which they have contributed to making their workplace a place of harmony and happiness! They have explained the impact of modulating workplace culture by inculcating specific tactics into careful management of the workforce in the organization- the people who make Suta Sarees what it is today! Sujata Biswas and Taniya Biswas are the entrepreneurs who have redefined the way sarees are pursued in the current fast fashion industry, with their enterprise Suta. The vision of their enterprise, or 'THE SUTA OF SUTA' is to make a tangible impact on the artisanal economy and to contribute to a better sustainable world.
