EEK!! This is our first every inner and outer thigh workout together and cheesy tater tots, it is was HOT! 🔥 This 15 minute toned thighs workout is going to help build strong lean legs!

This thigh workout is ideal if you are looking to tone and strengthen both your inner and outer thighs. Even though this workout is only 15 minutes, you will not only feel the burn, if you are consistent and stick with these workouts, you will see a change too! A mini-band or booty band is optional for this workout.

This inner and outer thigh workout is part of our FIT FOR YOU FIFTEEN series! These fifteen minute workouts are perfect when you are short on time, but want an effective workout to get you closer to your goals! The FIT FOR YOU FIFTEEN series is also perfect if you want to repeat this workout 2-3 times, combine it with another FIT FOR YOU 15 workout, or add it onto another strength or cycling class!

Did you know the inner thighs are referred to as your adductors and your outer thighs are your abductors! Both your inner and outer thighs are made up of several muscle groups and it is important to include them in your regular training regimen to keep them strong to make everyday movements easier! We chat about it more in the workout too! I want you to not only get an awesome workout, but also learn new things that will help you along your journey!

This workout has 5 rounds, 4 exercises in each round, working for 30 seconds and resting for 15.

Remember, this is your workout, take extra recovery when needed, focus on form, go at your own pace and most importantly MAKE IT COUNT!
